The Department of Public Feelings is a fictional civic institution with a very real purpose.

We issue official garments for unofficial feelings — the ones that don't fit neatly into conversation, but tend to fit very well on a tee.

Each piece is filed under a different bureau: directives, findings, prescriptions, dossiers. Taken together, they constitute a wearable emotional record. The kind you didn't know you needed documented until you saw it on a shirt and thought: yes, exactly that.

On the matter of origins:

The Department was opened by one person who had too many feelings and a working knowledge of bureaucratic aesthetics. It is small by design. The drops are considered, not constant. The garments are chosen carefully, produced on demand, and issued one collection at a time.

Drop 01: Opening Files is the first public release.

On the matter of production:

All garments are printed to order on Bella+Canvas Supersoft tees — soft, well-fitted, and selected after the Department's own quality review process. Orders are fulfilled within 3–5 business days and shipped directly to your door, or wherever you receive official correspondence.
